Join us for our annual St. Joseph's Day dinner, commemorating Father's Day in Italy, with a multi-course meal of traditional foods from Southern Italy and Sicily such as seafood salad, fava mint soup, escarole, and St. Joseph's Day bread. Aperitivo with Prosecco and crostini will kick off the feast. We are excited to share our traditions during this community meal - bring your friends and family. Lorraine and Jen will share the meaning of the foods they will have made, and Melissa Marinaro, director of the Italian American program at the Heinz History Center, will share a presentation on the Calabrian and Sicilian immigrant experience in the US and Italian diaspora.
