St. Johns Regional Audubon Annual Meeting

Join us for our April 11 Annual Meeting to be held at the GTM NERR Education Center. We have a full morning of activities planned and you'll have great opportunities to meet and chat with other members!

8:00 – 9:30 AM: Small group bird walks at the GTM NERR (sign up through a separate Eventbrite posting here: ).

9:30-10:00 AM: Coffee and conversation as we get ready for the business meeting.

10:00-12:30 PM: Business Meeting - Review of the year, future plans, and elections.

12:30-1:30 PM: iNaturalist training for the GTM NERR "Through the Lens Challenge" that runs from April 10-May 10.

Please sign up for a free Eventbrite ticket on this page so that we can estimate the number of people who will attend and check the status of your membership before the meeting. Only current members can vote on the elections or any other matters at this meeting.

Currently, we have five director positions and all four officers subject to re-election, but nominations will be accepted from the floor for all seats and positions. The elections will take place during the business meeting, where we will also review the past year and discuss future projects and plans. We will also solicit members comments, concerns, and ideas for the Chapter.

We'll provide a continental breakfast, but if you plan to stay for the iNaturalist meeting, we suggest that you bring your lunch and a drink.
