Meet at the far end of St Heliers close to the playground ready to swim at 6:45pm. You will be asked to sign in on our white board for health and safety. We also request that once per season you fill out our brief online emergency contact form.

You will need goggles and a Twisted Sisters Club swim cap, so you are visible to others in the water. Caps are available to purchase through our club store and can be collected on the day. Please note these are now mandatory. If you cannot use one for whatever reason, please discuss this with us prior to the swim.

A tow float is also recommended but not mandatory.
This swim is a trial to see how popular it is so there may be a few adjustments with location and time over the next few weeks. If the tide is too low of the conditions are not suitable, we will be doing the Pigeon Run from the same location and starting at the same time. This is a free 5km fun run through to Mission Bay and back and meeting up at the Pigeon Bar afterwards for a drink and spot prizes.
