St. Francis & the Arts
Film Screening, Art Exhibition, and Q&A
7:00 p.m. | Fath Auditorium - Cincinnati Art Museum
Join The Angelico Project and Creo Arts Guild at the Cincinnati Art Museum for a special evening exploring the remarkable artistic legacy of one of history's most beloved saints.
Debuting in conjunction with the 800th anniversary of St. Francis of Assisi's death, the new documentary St. Francis and the Arts reveals the profound - and often overlooked - influence St. Francis had on the development of Western art.
The evening begins with a special art exhibition before the film, followed by a live Q&A with some of the filmmakers and artists behind the project. Whether you're passionate about art, history, or the life of St. Francis, this unique collaboration offers a rare opportunity to experience the enduring relationship between faith and beauty in one of Cincinnati's great cultural institutions.
