Its that time of year again. St. Edward Association of Men - STEAM annual Crawfish Cook Off is only 58 days away. we are excited for another great year for this event. We hope to see everyone out for an afternoon of great food good music and fun. So grab your crawfish trays and come out for some of the best crawfish in the parish maybe even the state. pre registration is live. pre registration gets you in the fairgrounds at 4:30 instead of 5. If you think you have what it takes to cook in the competition we are still excerpting teams.
