So pleased to be able to celebrate another fabulous evening of Fine wine, Great food and fabulous friendship celebrating St Davids DayHosted by Stuart & Dorothy with our guest singer the Fantastic Lee Jones
Our evening will start at 7pm (doors open) when guests can arrive and catch up with friends. The cabaret starts at 7.30
Starter
Soupe au poireau
Homemade Leek and potato soup with a touch of laverbread served with a crusty roll
Champignons a l’ail
Mushrooms sauteed in garlic butter with cream and Dijon mustard, topped with brie and oven baked and served with a bread roll
Mousse de saumon
Salmon mousse in a parcel of smoked salmon, served with salad and toast
Paté
Smooth paté served with chutney and brown toast.
Main
Lamb Cawl
Homemade cawl with tender chunks of lamb and winter vegetables served with crusty bread.
Cod, cockles and Crab fish cakes
Home made fish cakes of cod, crab and cockles in bread crumbs served wit a salad garnish and garlic mayo
Boeuf Mode
Boeuf, carrot and onion casserole in white wine sauce, served with mixed vegetables and sauteed potatoes
Tarte au poireau
Leek, onion and cheese tart served with salad garnish

Caerphilly Crumble
Rhubarb, apple and strawberry compote topped with a Caerphilly cheese crumble served with custard
