Social Runs are back! Join us every Thursday at Fleet Feet St. Charles for movement and motivation with our local running community.
All paces welcome! The run will take you along a 3-mile or 5-mile course through beautiful surrounding neighborhoods. We'll also have vendors and demos at select runs!
Doors open at 5:45pm and the run will begin promptly at 6pm. Let us know you'll be there and stay tuned for updates every week!
