The City of Saint Charles, in partnership with the Senior Citizen Advisory Commission, is hosting its Fourth Annual Fashion Show and Shopping Boutique at the J. Scheidegger Center for the Arts at Lindenwood University, focusing on our 55+ residents. This year, we are adding a talent show component to showcase the St. Charles' Got Talent!
