The St Boniface Fair is a re-enactment of the 18th Century Burgh Fair marking the anniversary of the death of St Boniface, starting with a parade at mid-day.
Today it continues as a local festival, selling locally grown vegetables and fruits, craft goods of pottery, woodwork, jewellery and hand-made fabrics as well as plants and garden produce, home baking, tablet, breads and more.
There will also be entertainment and refreshments in the grounds of the Cathedral.
