Join Sheffield Steel Roller Derby for a six-week, in-person learn-to-skate program suitable for beginner skaters!
Session dates:
-Sunday 10th January
-Sunday 17th January
-Sunday 24th January

-Sunday 21st February
-Sunday 28th February
That's 6 weeks of skate practice for free!
Time on track is 11:15am-12:45pm each week.
You don’t need any previous skating experience, even if you’ve never tried on skates before we'll take you through basic skills to skate safely. You'll learn to stand on skates, safe ways to fall and how to stop as well as trying skills relevant to roller derby.
If you have some experience but still count yourself as a beginner, this programe will be great to build on the skills you have.
Signing up is free. If you’d like to hire kit and equipment, the cost is £20. Please select this option when you sign up and submit your sizes so we can have some kit ready for you on the day. You'll use this kit across the 6 weeks.
