Pre-registration is very important to the players so the brackets will start on time.
ACL members(Gold or above will benefit with a $10 discount per event played at the tournament for regional points.
Membership eligible for discounts are Gold=$50, Platinum-$100 for Elite or the season. Please feel free to ask any questions.

Tournament will be on an indoor Basketball Court (Take a left at the Bar)
**NO OUTSIDE FOOD AND DRINKS. FULL FOOD MENU AND BAR / DRINKS AVAILABLE.**
Supporting our venue helps keep the venue fee to a minimum!
VENUE FEE: $10 - CASH only - ATM onsite .
TIMES: *If necessary, start times are subject to change if need be in order to run a smooth tournament.
12:00PM – CHECK-IN NOTIFICATION GOES OUT
12:30PM – DOORS OPEN / BOARDS AVAILABLE FOR WARM-UP / Walk-up registration.
1:00PM - ANNOUNCEMENTS
DOUBLES ROUNDERS - 14 Round Limited Games (4 GAMES FOR TIER / BRACKET SEEDING - Local Points Eligible)
$70 / TEAM - each ACL member(Gold or above will benefit with a $10 discount.
*3:00PM -TIER 1 (previously Open)
TIER 2 DOUBLES (previously Advanced - if enough teams)
TIER 3 DOUBLES (previously Competitive - If enough teams)
TIER 4 DOUBLES – (previously Intermediate – If enough teams)
SIT N GOS: HOLD MY SPOT on the ACL app is used - $10 (ACL WALLET or CASH) Blind Draw - 16 Players, Single Elimination bracket for Local points – Will be run when roster is full AND Boards are available.
*5:00OPM - SINGLES' CHECK-IN NOTIFICATION(S) GO OUT
*6:00PM – SINGLES 2 GAME ROUND ROBIN - 14 Round Limited (Local Points eligible)
*6:30PM- Tier 1/2 - All CPI eligible - $40 (previously OPEN/ADVANCED)
Tier 3 - CPI Max 6.75 - $30 (previously COMPETITIVE) - 12 player cap, minimum 6 players required
Tier 4 - CPI Max 5.75 - $30 (previously INTERMEDIATE) - 12 player cap, minimum 6 players required
** Players may be asked to move up if not enough players in a division and be responsible for the fee difference or withdraw and receive a full refund.

Refund Policy:
Cancellation for a refunds can be given up to 1 hour before each event starts.
ACL rules apply.
All tournaments are bring your own ACL approved bags (Stamped years - 24/258/26)

1 Tier - (75%)
2 Tiers - 75% (Tier 1 65% / Tier 2 35%)
3 Tiers - 75% (Tier 1 60% / Tier 2 30% / Tier 3 10%)

Tier 1/2 (Advanced/Open) -75%
Tier 3 (Competitive) -75%
Tier 4 (Intermediate) -75%
Tier 5 (Novice) - 75%
