Tapan and I are excited to announce that we will be hosting a series of retreats this year, and this one with Srivatsa Ramaswami is truly special. Ramaswami sir, the longest-living disciple of the legendary Sri T. Krishnamacharya, studied under him for 33 years. His depth of knowledge is unmatched, and we are honored to bring him to Mysore for the very first time—a dream we've been working towards for the past seven years!
This one-week intensive will include teachings on Asana, Pranayama, Yoga Rahasya, and much more. We are hosting this IN PERSON and ONLINE at our retreat centre in Mysore.
