This week's run is the Long Paddock Run.The 5km runners head up Wheatsheaf rd to the trail connecting to Doctors rd, returning to the park via the bike track and Wheatsheaf rd.
The 10km runners head up Wheatsheaf rd to the trail connecting to Doctors rd before turning left on States rd then right onto Cottage Lane. Returning to the park via South rd and the Christies Creek trail.
There is also a 20k run which leaves earlier. and completes an initial loop before joining the 10k runners at 7.15am.

There is no cost and everyone is welcome.
We'll head to Finicky Fingers cafe, at Woodcroft shopping Centre, after the run.
