BRING! Your tent or hammock if you are camping out, pads, mats, blankets etc to make it more squishy, flow toys, yard games, musical instruments, silly fun things, plenty of food for yourself (and/or to share) and your own cooler. There is a full kitchen for us to use, but not enough room in the fridge to share. Kids are welcome and maybe your dog too - please check in with me about dogs as we don't want to get too many. This is a recreational-drug & alcohol free event, with the exception of responsible marijuana use which can happen away from the main area.
Tickets are available for $40 per person (kids tickets are $20). Want to spend the night? Bring a tent or hammock & stay over. <3

More about SquishLab:
***There is no pressure to cuddle. Many people choose to participate and coregulate from inside their own bubble. You do you!***
SquishLab is a facilitated space to practice navigating connection through touch (or even proximity). Supported with concepts from play school, partner yoga, and our own childlike wisdom, in a trauma-informed container where everyone is safe to explore self-consent, boundary expression, communication, and so much more.
Come alone or bring friends - we will partner/group up as it flows. Opening circle includes group agreements & procedural language practice like making requests and offers & practice saying and receiving "no". Then the facilitator guides us into (always optional) partner/group stretching/snuggling flows, including SquishLab favorites Friendship Flower, Squash Blossom & Lovezagna. Eventually we naturally squosh into more of a free play vibe where we glob into different stacks and piles as is natural.
This space is so rich - come check it out. We are here to offer suggestions, demonstrate movements, & support your learning & healing process. Opt in and out as feels comfortable. It's totally chill to just hang out & observe. This is all about your own internal experience in these contexts of shared space and deeper layers of connection.
SquishLab events take place all over the city (and beyond) in the form of 2-hour workshops, slumber parties, cuddle concerts, camping trips, and weeklong retreats. We Squish somewhere almost every week: check the calendar to see where we are Squishing next.
