Join us at Breast Imaging Kingston (BIK) for Squish and Sip Thursday — an evening dedicated to breast health, connection, and empowering women to prioritize themselves. Think less medical appointment… and more Girls’ Night Out with a purpose.
Hosted by Dr. Doris Jabs, this special event welcomes women, Two-Spirit, trans, and nonbinary individuals aged 40+ to learn more about breast health in a relaxed, supportive, and judgment-free environment. Guests will also have the option to complete their screening mammogram during the event if they choose.
Enjoy mocktails, games, conversation, and a welcoming atmosphere designed to make breast screening feel a little less intimidating and a lot more empowering. Whether you’re due for your mammogram, supporting a friend, or simply looking to connect and gather information, Squish and Sip Thursday is all about participating at your own comfort level — with no pressure and plenty of support.
This in-person event will have breast health resources and information available throughout for attendees to explore at their own pace. There will no formal educational presentation or structured programming.
Please note: This event is not a walk-in mammogram clinic, and mammogram appointments must be booked in advance. Guests attending without a scheduled screening appointment will still have the opportunity to book future mammogram appointments during the event.
