A free outdoor fitness class where we get to see cool birds! We will check out 4 micro habitats along the Easton Point Park trail. At each habitat we will perform a circuit of bodyweight movements like squats, lunges, and hip airplanes to build functional strength! I’ll help you identify local species by sight and sound, teaching you the art of birding. It’s the perfect way to build strength, improve your posture, and reconnect with the outdoors. Bring a water bottle, a friend, and binoculars if you have them! Sundays @ 8:30 a.m. Wednesdays @ 7:00 a.m.
