Squash Tasting + Lecture with Schreiber Farms... plus wine!

It's time for squash - and with such bounty as we have in the Columbia Valley, we best celebrate!
The Schreiber team will be here on Wednesday, October 14th at 6:30pm to teach you and taste you through all sorts of squash while we will head up the wine pairing portion. You'll try more squash than you knew existed, and learn the ins and outs of pairing squash with wine.
Tickets are $30 per person, $25 per wine club member and include lots of squash, a splash of wine that pairs with squash, and a lecture that allows you to understand what the different acid levels in wine do to cooked squash.
Wine club members are encouraged to email [email protected] to receive your wine club discount on tickets.
Once you have your tickets, you'll also receive an email of our menu for the night, should you want to choose some squash-leaning foods that will be available for pre-purchase to enjoy with class.
Tickets are non-refundable 7 days before class.
