Square Mug Worshop
Handbuild a Mug That Thinks Outside the Box
Step away from the ordinary and create a mug with personality. In this hands-on ceramic workshop, you'll learn how to transform slabs of clay into a functional square-shaped mug with soft angles, clean lines, and a contemporary feel.
Students will be guided through every step of the process, including slab construction, forming the body, attaching a comfortable handle, refining edges, and adding texture or decorative details. Whether you prefer a sleek modern aesthetic or a more rustic handmade look, you'll create a mug that is uniquely your own.
No prior clay experience is necessary. Beginners are welcome!
After the workshop, pieces will be kiln-fired and glazed in your choice of available finishes, making them food-safe and ready for your favorite coffee, tea, or cocoa.
