Spry Fitness Class
About this Event
Classes will consist of full body circuits. In sum, there will be 9 total exercises. The exercises include, pushing, pulling, leg focused, and core movements. Compound exercises and cardio will also be a part of every class.
Classes are 60 minutes in duration, and parking can be found through the meters out front or free at Virginia Park across the street.
