Sprouts: Story-telling in the garden

Join a series of storytelling sessions as part of the Sprouts children's garden program on Wednesdays at the Warrnambool Community Garden.
Aimed at primary-school aged kids, this story-telling series of sessions will involve different kinds of engagement with the creative world of the gardens.
We will listen to stories, make maps, imagine characters, come up with plotlines, create backgrounds, and explore the potential of this place as a site for stories.
The cost is $5 a session which will fall on the first Wednesday of the month
The sessions are capped at 10 participants:
5 August - Let's water the garden: scenes with watercolour
2 September - Capturing garden scenes in digital photographs
7 October - Layers, layers, layers: Capturing garden scenes with collage
4 November - Our sprouting story: What have we written and where should we go from here?
