Calling all little explorers and their families! 🌿Join Shiloh Preschool for our Sprouting Healthy Families nature walk! We are hitting the trails at Embschoff Woods for a fun, kid-friendly hike on the nature/fitness trail. It’s a great way to get moving, enjoy the fresh air, and connect with other preschool families.
🍎 What to Bring:
To celebrate our "healthy families" theme, we are making a Potluck Fruit Salad! Please bring a small container of your child’s favorite fruit (already cut up) to add to our giant shared bowl.
✨ What We’ll Do:
The Hike: A fun walk suitable for little legs.
The Snack: Create and enjoy our community fruit salad.
The Fuel: We’ll be making healthy "Energy Balls" to eat and refuel after the hike!
👟 What to Wear:
Make sure everyone has their sturdy sneakers or hiking boots on!
📍 Where to Meet:
We will be gathering at the Morning View Shelter inside Embschoff Woods.
We can't wait to see our little sprouts out on the trail! 🌳🍓
