- **Sound Bowl Sound Bath:** Immerse yourself in the healing vibrations of sound bowls. The harmonious tones will wash over you, promoting deep relaxation and emotional balance.
**What to Bring:**
- **Yoga Mat:** For those who prefer to lie down and fully immerse in the experience, please bring your own yoga mat.
- **Comfortable Pew:** If you prefer to sit, we have comfortable pews available for you to use.
