About this Event
Sprint Lab Wednesday ⚡️
Sprint Lab is a small-group speed training session designed for people who want a more focused and intentional approach to sprint work. Limited to just 8 participants, this session gives you more coaching attention, more detailed feedback, and a structured environment to improve your running mechanics, acceleration, power, and overall athletic performance.
Whether you’re an athlete looking to sharpen your speed, someone wanting to move more explosively, or simply looking for a different style of conditioning workout, Sprint Lab is built to help you train with purpose.
