In the spirit of celebrating America’s 250th birthday in 2026, you’ll see a patriotic theme woven throughout many of Troutman’s events this year. The Sprint into Spring 5K/10K will be the first event to proudly showcase this red, white, and blue celebration.Troutman Parks & Rec's 14th Annual Sprint Into Spring 5K/10K returns with a new date and time for 2026! The race will begin at 9am on 3/7/26 at Troutman ESC Park- 338 North Ave.
Since 2013, over 1750 individuals have participated in Sprint into Spring and this event has raised more than $21,000 for the continued development of Troutman ESC Park. All proceeds from this race will go towards further development of our park. This event is for runners or walkers- all fitness levels are welcome.

All participants will receive a finishers' medal and t-shirt. Awards for the top 3 in each age group. Register by 2/20 to be guaranteed a t-shirt.
