Sprint Camp With Coach Kula

The South Walton High School Girls Lacrosse program alongside Brian Kula of Kula Sports Performance will be hosting a speed camp on 10/25 from 9-12 in the Hawks Nest for all South Walton Seahawks!

A dynamic and highly respected coach, Julee Haley brings 17 years of multi-sport athletic development experience to Kula Sports Performance.

• Proven Coaching History: She spent a decade at Movement Training Systems, training athletes across high school, collegiate, and professional levels including programs at Columbia University.
• Track & Field Expertise: As head sprints coach at Valor Christian High School, Julee helped guide her teams to multiple state championships. She continues to lead as a sprints coach for KSP’s Steadfast Track Academy.
• Athlete & Coaching Credentials: A former University of Northern Colorado pole vaulter and one of the school’s pioneering female athletes, she brings both elite athletic background and technical knowledge. Julee holds coaching certifications through the Colorado State Association of Athletics and USA Track & Field

With nearly three decades of experience in athletic development, Brian Kula is a nationally recognized leader in sport performance. He founded Kula Sports Performance with a mission to unlock athletes’ full potential through speed-first training and evidence-based coaching.

• Track Record of Elite Success: Brian has coached professional and collegiate stars, including Christian McCaffrey (NFL Offensive Player of the Year), Saquon Barkley, Janine Beckie (NWSL standout), Olympian Anna Hall, and NHL All-Star Josh Morrissey.
• Expert Trainer & Educator: He’s a NSCA-certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), a published speaker on speed development, and celebrated for integrating strength, agility, and testing into elite programming.
• Athlete Development Philosophy: Brian believes speed is the foundation of all athletic qualities, and his purposeful coaching reflects that focus - training the body and educating the athlete with detail, autonomy, and accountability
