We will also be giving away some great FREE activity passes, like putt putt golf, Top Jump trampoline & extreme arena etc.

Spring-Fest in the Smokies!!! Spring-Fest will be hosted at the River Terrace hotel in downtown Gatlinburg TN
Spring-Fest will be glitz only.
We have one of the lowest entry fees of any nationals out there, that awards the amount of cash we award, not to mention the high dollar gifts we have on our tables.
We have limited the number of contestants that we will accept for Spring-Fest due to time and venue size. We filled last Spring-Fest fast and had to turn away contestants, don't let that happen to you!
Early Bird Special is good for the 1st 30 deposits only. Once they are gone, they are gone.
The 1st 30 deposits will get our supreme package for only $550.00. You will receive a custom personalized gift at registration, if you are one of the 1st 30 deposits.
Registration gifts will be Ahhhmazing!!!

After the 1st 30 deposits are claimed our Supreme package will be $600.00 until Feb. 15th, after Feb. 15th the Supreme package will be $650.00, and deposit is $187.00.

Every contestant will receive a beautiful custom crown, and a trip to our amazing prize tables and tons of registration gifts!!!

Spring~Fest National Photographer
PbMW They will be offering stage shots and videos. Get their best deal by ordering early with a small deposit.
Roster Fee $75.00 mandatory
Not included in any package, discount or sibling discount. Includes line up awards, diva supreme and personality supreme. *If you won a free package, you must still pay the roster fee.
Door titles will be posted soon, not included in any package.
Rules & Information
1. All judges' decisions are final.
2. If you are late for any event, points will be deducted. If you are late for line up, you will not be eligible for any side awards.
3. No Poor sportsmanship
4. You may compete your age as of March 14th, 2025
5. No PayPal payments accepted at the door. We will accept Cash App and Venmo.
6. All photos must be turned in at registration Friday.
7. Hair/Make-up and dressing areas will be provided all weekend in the venue.
8. No refunds, transfers or credits will be given.
9. No plus points allowed.
10. Door admission is $35.00 for ages 16 & up, 9-15 $10.00, 8 years and under free. If you wait until Sunday badges will be $45.00 16 & up and $20.00 for kids
11. No discount may be combined except the referral discount, sibling or share discount.
12. Last day to send a PayPal payment is March 7th, 2025.
13. Judges will be available for questions after all awards, toys & gifts are awarded. You have 2 minutes with the judges and will be timed. Not being rude, just need to get everyone in and out in a timely manner. This is where you will pick up your scoresheets and photos. If you do not pick up your scoresheets that day, they will not be available at a later date.
14. Photos can NOT be used as your plus one.
15. After crowning we will ask for you to stay for photos for our promotions throughout the year. This will be done before you go to the toy tables.
16. No cameras or video equipment are allowed in the ballroom.
17. Crowning will be Sunday morning. Nothing can be left in your hotel room after checkout time, or they will charge you for an extra night.
18. On stage photos and videos will be PbMW Photography.
19. Armbands must be purchased and worn to enter the ballroom.
20. No food or drinks in the ballrooms.
21. Crowning dress code: Crowning shirt(mandatory) $25.00, bottoms any style, colors your choice, Red, Yellow, Blue or White/Silver.
