Let’s invite our bodies to join the Spring momentum through sound and movement! ↬ Who is this for? ↫
This is for you if you are needing deep rest, plus gentle movement to release stagnant energy. Let this container hold you and nourish you so you can show up more resourced for your daily life.
Participants are welcome to use a chair or yoga mat for the duration of the event. Chairs and mats are available at the venue.
↬ What will we do? ↫
Yoga teacher & wellness instructor KymBreanne will guide gentle movement, breath, and meditation.
James Lamar, Sound Bath Meditation Facilitator, will then lull your body to peace using the soundscape of singing bowls and voice.
↬ What do I bring? ↫
Please bring blankets/pillows/cozy things to make yourself really comfortable during the sound bath. Consider bringing water or tea as well. Please come 10 minutes early to sign a waiver and get your cozy spot set up.

The event is located on the third floor of Artisan Alley Fine Arts Gallery. The door is directly next to Whatnot Shoppe Cafe facing N. Shamokin St.
We will begin promptly at 6pm. Please arrive 10 minutes early to set up. We will end sometime around or just after 8pm.
