University Hospitals have partnered with Vitalant Blood Donation to increase the blood supply in Northeast Ohio, ensuring that hospitals and patients have the lifesaving resources they need. Our next blood drive will occur at the Springfield Fire Department. To make the initiative even more exciting, we’re encouraging a friendly competition between local fire and police departments. At the end of the year, we will recognize and award the best departments for their contributions to this life-saving effort.
