Improve your strength and flexibility, alignment, balance, and self-confidence, as you decrease muscle tension and learn to relax. All levels of experience are welcome. Wear loose, comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat. Poses can be modified as needed. Props, such as blocks, blankets & yoga straps, are available in class or bring your own.
