Spring Yoga Picnic

Welcome to the Spring Yoga Picnic! Join us for a rejuvenating day of R&B yoga and relaxation on The Lawn at The Shops At RedBird. Stretch out on your mat, breathe in the fresh spring air, and connect with nature as you flow through an upbeat yoga practice. Afterward, enjoy a delicious picnic courtest of Calios Tacos with fellow yogis. Don't forget to bring your own mat, water bottle, and a picnic blanket. This event is the perfect opportunity to unwind, recharge, and soak up the beauty of the season in a safe space. Namaste Y'all!
