About this Event
At this spring retreat, gather with like-hearted souls for yoga, guided meditation, journaling, drawing, conversation, and dinner. We will invite participants to make meaning through reflecting on their life story. Together we’ll create a space to look back on, bless, honor, celebrate, and grieve the experiences that have shaped us and identify sources of strength and support to move forward.
- All yoga will be offered with a chair option. Please bring a mat if you would like.
- Light dinner is included.
- Bring a journal and pen.
- Wear something that feels comfortable for sitting on a yoga mat.
- Drawing materials will be provided.
A note on pricing:
Everyone gets to chose which price point is best for them, no questions asked. If you can afford to contribute a bit more, we encourage you to choose the "I can pay it forward" tier. This offsets the cost for those who need a bit of a break on the cost while allowing us to offer everyone an excellent retreat.

Hello! I’m Natalie, a licensed Marriage & Family Therapist Associate and trauma-informed yoga teacher. I blend therapeutic movement, verbal processing, and meaning making to create spaces for healing and growth. I graduated from Antioch University Seattle in 2023 with my Master’s of Arts in Marriage & Family Therapy and a certificate in Sex Therapy. I have also practiced yoga for 12 years and completed my yoga teacher training in 2020.
I have found that yoga gave me tools to manage stress and anxiety and increased my window of tolerance for doing hard things. I believe yoga helps us to experience the present moment, make choices from a place of agency, take effective action, and feel connected to our bodies, our breath, and other people. I’m passionate about sharing yoga’s timeless healing power with others.
In my work as a therapist and yoga teacher, I strive to create a warm, supportive environment where clients can explore their inner worlds, connect with their bodies, and build meaningful relationships. By integrating the principles of therapy and yoga, I aim to empower others to navigate life’s challenges with resilience, self-compassion, and a sense of empowerment.

Hi, I’m Annie! I’m a witch, spiritual guide, and meditation facilitator.
Personally, I engage in earth-based spirituality to feel connected to the rhythms of the natural world. My practices include swimming in natural bodies of water, meditation, yoga, Tarot, Reiki, and marking the moon's phases and changing seasons with ritual and reflection.
Although I have practices that are meaningful to me, I work with people of all backgrounds and faith traditions, as well as those with no faith or spiritual background. Together we’ll engage in conversation and rituals that suit your spiritual identity and values.
I have a Master of Divinity from The Seattle School of Theology & Psychology and a Bachelor of Arts from Chapman University where I studied political science and Spanish. I trained and served as an interfaith chaplain at Johns Hopkins Bayview Medical Center.
