Spring brings light, new growth and energy. Welcome to the Spring Yin Detox to cleanse the body and mind and raise energy for the summer.

🔹️YIN & WOOD ELEMENT. In Traditional Chinese Medicine, spring is time for the Wood Element which represents renewal, growth and new beginnings.
It is connected to the Liver and Gallbladder, supporting the smooth flow of Qi life force through their energy lines, meridians.
🔹️MORE KINDNESS. The Wood Element is associated with strong emotions like anger and frustration. You will learn how to deal with the emotions and increase compassion, kindness and harmony to life.
This 2-hour Seasonal Yin -workshop is designed to gently cleanse, refresh, and rejuvenate your whole body-mind-system and boost new energy.

- Short introduction to Wood Element & Seasonal Yin.
- Opening and energizing Yin poses including side bends & twists.
- Meridian activation to free the flow of Qi
- Breathing exercises and mindful relaxation.
- Exploring and dealing with anger with mindfulness.
- Simple, practical spring diet tips.
- A nurturing, peaceful space to reset and reconnect.
Through slow, mindful Yin postures and breath we will stimulate the meridians, release stagnation of Qi, and create space for new energy to flow, just like nature in spring.
