Spring Vegan Buffet Brunch

First brunch of the year.

We will serve a variety of sweet and savoury vegan dishes: breakfast classics like pancakes, Bircher muesli and banana bread, seasonal roasted vegetables, fermented food, bean and potato dishes, and spreads and dips. Filter coffee, tea, and homemade cold drinks

The Kaskantine is fully off-grid, powered by solar energy, with rainwater collection and a composting site that uses various techniques. We grow vegetables and herbs while incorporating as much so-called waste material as possible to upcycle and build.

At 13:30, we'll offer a tour to explain this self-built space and how we approach sustainable living in the city. You can help the cause during your visit by reusing your plates, cutlery, and cups.

Serving Hours: 11:00 – 14:00

Cost: €25 (includes coffee, tea, and homemade beverages)

You're welcome to arrive anytime during serving hours. Please note that we'll stop restocking the buffet at 13:30 to minimize food waste.

Stay and relax as long as you'd like! Enjoy board games, books, or, if the weather is on our side, a game of beach volleyball.
