An evening where Tasmanian coastline meets the plate.On Saturday 9th May, we’re partnering with Spring Vale Vineyard, a family-owned winery on the Freycinet Coast, producing expressive cool-climate wines shaped by long sunny days, ocean air, and generations of hands-on craft.
Expect a carefully curated degustation experience:
Seven courses, each paired with a wine that brings it to life.
From bright, coastal flavours like oyster and yuzu…
to rich, warming dishes of duck with orange and spice…
finishing on a light, refreshing note.
