Spring Training is here! Join us this Spring for an exciting eight-week series of beginner runs on Mondays starting 3/30, 6p at Cahill Park!This series will allow you to familiarize yourself with trying out different paces, both with a group and by yourself. Walking is acceptable and encouraged as needed. You can expect the length of the run to be between 1-3 miles at the same starting point every week, so an out and back option is always available for those wanting to pick their own distance. However, you will have a leader to give you an idea on how to strategize and improve your run with each session!
This run is also kid and pet friendly....wheels and paws are welcome to tag along! Although geared towards new runners or those getting back into running, we still encourage intermediate and advance runner participation.
At the end of this series, our goal is for you to feel confident to continue your running journey and join some of our other amazing weekly running events and races happening this summer!
