Spring Time Silent Walking Meditation at Ivy Creek

Come join us for a refreshing silent-walking meditation surrounded by the beauty of spring at Ivy Creek! This in-person event is perfect for anyone looking to relax, clear their mind, and connect with nature. Whether you're new to meditation or a seasoned pro, this stroll will leave you feeling calm and refreshed. See you there!

Info: Hi everyone! Join me on this slow and meditative, silent walk beginning on the Paved Trail to the Field Trail for about a 1.2 mile journey.

We will start with introductions and a brief body scan to check in with ourselves before our walk. I'll bring thought prompt cards for you to use on your contemplative walk, but the intention is for you to simply notice what comes up for you, connect to yourself, nature, and others' quiet presence.

We will pause about 2-3 times along the way. Once at the top of the meadow, again at the lookout surrounded by woods, and at the end of the meadow, before we make our way back onto the Paved Trail behind the barn, along the woods.

There are bathrooms at the start near the kiosks. I recommend using it before we begin, as this walk is about 45 minutes to 1 hour long.

There will be space at the end of our walk if you want to share a word or two about what came up for you, but remember, there is absolutely no pressure to speak.
