With a background in fine dining at Bouchon and The French Laundry, Scott grew frustrated by the narrow scope of wine culture—where classics like Chardonnay and Cabernet overshadow vibrant, lesser-known varietals. His wines embrace the unexpected—Rose/Gamay, Pinot Gris, Aligote, Trousseau Noir and GSM North Coast—crafted with minimal intervention and pure expression.
