Bring your old and used models, board games, RPGs, and more! Sell, swap, and trade to your heart’s content! Create room for more hobbies or take home WAY more than you expect to. The choice is yours!

Event Details
Please note the following house rule and Store policy about this event.
Player Attendance for Swap Meets:This will be a community driven event with attendance and supply based solely on community members participation. All transactions between attendees will be between the parties in question and not involve Golden Rhino Games LLC unless an exchange of cash or other currency is made. Any and all cash transitions made between attendees must first be exchanged with Golden Rhino Games LLC as Store Credit before products or items are exchanged between attendees. Any attendees caught exchanging cash or using such cash apps to exchange products during the event will be removed from the event and asked not to return to Golden Rhino Games or any of its events in the future (this is your 1 and only warning).
Golden Rhino Games LLC cannot and will not decide “fair” prices or values given to any products or merchandise that is not directly owned by Golden Rhino Games LLC. Therefore, Golden Rhino Games LLC is not responsible for any and all attendee items and or property. Please trade and complete exchanges with each other politely and respectfully at all times.
The “Swap Meet” will be an event that gives you a chance to bring your old and unwanted hobby related items to try and sell them or trade them with other members of your community. This can be anything related to the “Hobby”. For example, board games, used models, carrying cases, art supplies, comics, ect. However, please do not bring “just anything” to this swap meet. This is not an event for you to unload old clothes, furniture or DVDs and the like.
All community members are welcome to walk around the event for free as long as they abide by the above mentioned policy for the event.
If you plan on bringing items to exchange at the event you MUST purchase a ticket. Purchasing the event ticket will provide you a single 6’x2’ table space to display your items on or underneath. If you feel the need for further table space please contact the store in advance so we can accommodate you with extra table space.
Before the event begins, all attendees who bought table space, “Merchants”, will be given a $10 store gift card so they may purchase items from other attendees and add value to it as you sell items yourself. Any money turned into store credit cannot be redeemed for a cash value later or at the end of the event. Feel free to start small and add onto your card as the day progresses. Merchants will be given from 10am to 11am to bring in and set up their space.
Guidelines for exchanging items:
Once you and another individual have come to agreement about any items either of you wish to exchange, one of two things MUST happen, or a combination of both:
-A cash value is determined and the receiver of your product will now load that determined value onto your gift card completing the exchange. Golden Rhino Games MUST be a part of this transaction.
-Both you and the receiver each have something (a physical item) that you both wish to exchange (swap or trade), you may both exchange your items freely at that time. Golden Rhino Games will not be a part of this transaction.
-There is the third option of a mixed exchange deal. Where one individual wishes to exchange some items for a determined value and also exchange cash or money for the remainder of the value. In this case the remaining value will be loaded onto the appropriate attendees gift card and the remaining items will then be traded, completing the transaction. Golden Rhino Games MUST be involved with this transaction.
All attendees are welcome to come and go from this event as they please, but we do ask individuals who brought items with them to trade to stay with or at least be responsible for their own items. It is unlikely that anything will get stolen, but Golden Rhino Games cannot and will not claim responsibility over other people's things.
