We are so excited to gather for our Spring Sound Bath, featuring accompaniment and assistance by the lovely Ms. Pepper G.With April, we welcome Taurus season--loyal, steadfast, creature comforts, beauty, ruled by venus, hardworking, deep knowing.
This sound bath is two days after the new moon in Aries, which is the most potent time (within 3 days) for setting intentions and being present and grounded within yourself.
~featuring Empyrean crystal bowls, Himalayan bowls, gong, chimes, ocean drum, and frequency beat crystal sets for alpha, gamma, and theta vibrations--and accompaniment by Pepper G, who will be playing instruments from around the room and offering aromatherapy for guests who wish to partake in our scents of the season, 100% pure therapeutic grade essential oils.
Sound has the ability to affect every cell of our bodies, moving through skin, fascia, and into fluid and tissue. Our bodies are mostly water, which is a strong conduit for vibration. Steady, repetitive frequencies encourage your brain to activate alpha and theta states for a deeper level of healing, memory integration, creativity, emotional processing, enhanced meditation.
We will be serving tea and tarot for patrons who wish to arrive a little early or linger a little longer. Journaling prompts available for those looking to go deeper. Write it down. Bring your ideas to life. Doors open at 3:30. Sound Bath begins at 4:00 PM.

What to bring: water bottle, journal, pen and you may want to bring your own mat, pillow or blanket, though I do have some available for RSVP'd guests. Space is limited.
