Experience a nervous system reboot as we enjoy the energy of spring : envision a healing sound bath with singing crystal bowls, gongs and chimes.🤲Led by Sound and Light healing practioner Hiroko Hibbard.

Bring a yoga mat/blanket or towel, and slippers as we are a shoe free house.
Bring a dish to share for our potluck at 6pm.
Sound bath starts at 7pm
