💫Experience a spring cleaning healing sound bath with singing bowls, gongs and chimes.
🤲Led by Sound and Light healing practioner Hiroko Hibbard.

Some recommend setting an intention when you go into a sound bath. This might be to recharge or it may be to get past a certain mental block or issue that's been bothering you.

Bring a yoga mat/blanket or towel, and slippers/socks as we are a shoe free house.
Bring a healthy dish to share for our potluck at noon.
Sound bath starts at 1pm
🏡or Arrive by 12:30pm to find your comfortable spot in the house in Washougal.
Rsvp with how many people are coming. Kids welcome if they can lay still for 45 minutes.
