Spring Solstice Yoga & Sound BathJoin us in sacred community as we welcome the energy of the Spring Equinox — a powerful moment of balance between light and dark, inviting renewal, clarity, and fresh beginnings.
This all-inclusive yoga and sound bath experience is designed to gently awaken the body, clear stagnant winter energy, and create space for new intentions to bloom. Carey Sorenson, a beautiful soul and the owner of Be. // A Center for Holistic Mental Health and Healing, will lead the yoga session with a grounding, heart-opening yoga flow accessible to every body — whether you are brand new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner. Modifications and supportive options will be offered throughout.
During the yoga session, Cassandra Diaz - AM Authentically Me's owner, will provide an immersive sound bath that will surround and support you via the healing frequencies of the crystal singing bowls, chimes, and other grounding instruments that support nervous system regulation, energetic alignment, and inner harmony. The vibrations help quiet the mind and restore balance — mirroring the equilibrium of the equinox itself.
This gathering is an invitation to:
• Release what no longer serves you
• Plant seeds of intention for the season ahead
• Reconnect with your breath, body & spirit
• Step into spring feeling centered & renewed
All levels are welcome. Come exactly as you are.
Yoga mats are provided but you are always welcome to bring your own. A specially curated tea blend of hibiscus, lemon balm, and spearmint will be available pre or post session at the Tea Bar for all participants as well.
