This is a FREE class! It will be held at the Rocksteady Boxing Gym in Cambridge, all levels welcome.I am so blessed to have this opportunity to offer a free fitness class.
Mondays at 4:30 PM - 45 min class
If I need to cancel a class I will post on my Betabfit FB Page so make sure to follow the page!
Donations are accepted if you are so moved, but not at all necessary or tracked.
Bring clean shoes and sweat towels, with. Some mats are available but you are welcome to bring your own.
I have scheduled this class for 12 weeks but do intend on continuing it (Lord willing) if I have regular participation from even a few.
If I need to cancel a class I will post it on this event and this page so be sure to follow me and the event to get notices.
Bring a water bottle and a good attitude.
