About this Event
We are very excited for our big show on Sunday, June 14th! Please read below for some important reminders and information.
Purchasing Instructions
This is the ticket site for the both shows; Show 1 from 11am to 3pm and Show 2 from 4pm to 8pm. You have the option to purhcase an all-day pass as well, which is an add-on aftering selecting your ticket(s). PLEASE ENSURE YOU BUY TICKETS FOR THE CORRECT SHOW. We are using Eventbrite for the first time to manage tickets; you will get a mobile ticket to use to scan into the event!
To ensure correct numbers at the venue, performers also need a ticket, and will be given a promo code to access their free ticket.
Door Info
Doors open at 11am for Show 1 and 4pm for Show 2; there will be no entry before these times. Please arrive at least 30 minutes before your set (earlier if possible). Sets may run ahead of schedule. We cannot wait for late band members.
Note: this is an all-ages show (with those under 18 requring parantal supervision), and all children require a ticket. However, the event will have many strobbing lights and loud music; we do not recommend bringing very young children.
Support the Whole Event!!
We strongly encourage all performers—and their guests—to arrive at the start of the event and stay for as much of the show as possible. Every band deserves a full and energetic audience, and your presence makes a huge difference.
To reward audience members who stick around, we will be doing a raffle prize draw at some point for each show (prize TBA). You must be in the venue to recieve the prize; make sure you stick around!
Venue Rules — Please Read
NO outside liquids of any kind (including water bottles and coffee). No exceptions.This is standard venue policy, and Club 54 relies on bar sales to support events like ours. Please do not ask for tap water. The bar sells bottled water, soft drinks, and alcoholic beverages—please take care of the staff and tip if you can.
Payment: cash or credit (no tap). Two ATMs are available onsite.
Food
A selection of light snacks will be available throughout the day. These are included in your tickets price.
