Step away from the busyness of daily life and join us for a peaceful morning of reflection, prayer, and community led by certified Spiritual Director Sarah Cledwyn. Through guided spiritual practices and quiet contemplation, participants will explore meaningful ways to slow down, listen deeply, and encounter God’s presence within.Experience a variety of gentle and accessible prayer stations, including labyrinth walking, embodied prayer, journaling, mindful eating, praying in color, and spiritual direction. The morning will conclude with a simple community lunch.
