Spring Reset at barre3 Carlsbad

Join us for a morning of movement, connection, and renewal at our Spring Reset event at barre3. This curated experience is designed to help you energize your body, reset your mind, and connect with local wellness partners in our community.

Choose from one of our signature barre3 classes- starting with Signature 45 at 8:30 AM, followed by a second Signature 45 class at 9:30 AM (strength or signature), and closing with a grounding Mindful Flow at 10:30 AM. For the full reset experience, we recommend pairing a morning class with Mindful Flow to restore and rebalance.
