Join us for a 2 hour Spring Renewal Workshop led by Cheyenne Gandy 200hr RYT. Spring is a time for renewal and growth.
During this workshop we'll be focusing on what we'd like to grow and nourish throughout these next seasons of life. We'll be planting and taking home our own flowers, followed by a yoga flow and guided meditation. This is an all levels workshop, everyone is welcome!
