Join us for this deeply relaxing in-person workshop. The first hour will be Restorative Yoga. Peaceful sound will be intertwined throughout our restorative yoga practice, creating space to reconnect to your inner light. Blocks will be released so that you can rediscover hidden or forgotten aspects of yourself - the beautiful, vibrant, and anchored parts within. The last hour will feature an instrumental meditation that will bathe you in soothing sound. May you have a beautiful journey within yourselves.$55 all props provided

Beverly is a registered nurse and certified sound healer, combining her medical expertise with her training in sound therapy, Beverly offers a unique approach to wellness, utilizing the power of sound to support relaxation, emotional release, and overall well-being. She uses instruments like Tibetan singing bowls, gongs, chimes and crystal bowls to guide clients through transformative sound journeys designed to restore balance and promote healing. Beverly brings compassion to her sound healing sessions, ensuring that each experience is tailored to the individual’s needs. Whether in private sessions or group sound baths, her goal is to create a safe and nurturing space where clients can experience deep relaxation, emotional release, and rejuvenation.
Denise's classes draw faithful students who appreciate her encouraging spirit and patient instruction. She teaches classes, workshops and retreats on-line, all over Northern California and beyond and enjoys working with students of all abilities. She is a CIYT (Certified Iyengar Yoga Teacher), a C-IAYT (Certified Yoga Therapist through the International Association of Yoga Therapists) and an RYT 500 (Registered Yoga Teacher with Yoga Alliance).
