Welcome the season of growth, renewal, and fresh beginnings with our Spring Renewal: Chakra Alignment & Sound Healing Journey. This immersive workshop is designed to help you realign your chakras, release stagnant energy, and invite the vibrant, rejuvenating energy that spring brings. It’s time to shed what no longer serves you and make space for balance, vitality, and personal growth.

What to Expect:

• Chakra-Aligning Meditation: A guided meditation focusing on each of the seven chakras to clear blockages, encourage the flow of fresh energy, and promote emotional clarity.
• Movement & Breathwork: Gentle, spring-inspired movements and breathwork designed to release tension, clear stagnant energy, and help you reconnect with your body.
• Sound Bath Immersion: A sound healing experience that uses voice, crystal bowls, and chimes to realign your energy and bring you into a deep state of relaxation.

This workshop is the perfect opportunity to reset, realign, and embrace new possibilities as we step into the season of renewal. Allow the energy of spring to guide you toward personal transformation, inner harmony, and a deeper connection to yourself.

No experience is necessary – all are welcome to join this springtime journey of healing and renewal.

What to bring: We will provide a yoga mat, blankets, and bolsters. Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a water bottle.

Meet Chynna:

Chynna is a multi-medium artist who has lived along the East Coast all of her life; from being born in Florida to living the last decade between the DMV and her home state, Connecticut. Chynna graduated from UConn with dual degrees in Fine Art: Photography and Journalism all the while working many jobs, doing community service, being part of several campus clubs, and studying abroad. She used her then timid voice a bit more frequently by singing with the college’s Voices of Freedom gospel choir and an all-female acapella group. Since graduating, Chynna has recorded several projects and continues to project her impressive range in any way she can, including chanting during her euphoric yoga classes and cozy sound baths.
