If you’ve been feeling overstimulated, tired, disconnected, or burnt out, this 4-week series is designed to help you slow down and reset from the inside out.
Each session blends gentle, supportive yoga, intentional breathwork, and practical nervous system tools to help you release tension, regulate stress, and reconnect with yourself in a grounded, welcoming space.
This series is perfect for you if you:
• Feel mentally or emotionally drained• Want a consistent space to reset each week• Prefer slower, intentional practices• Are ready to build tools you can use in everyday life
Throughout the four weeks, we’ll explore science-informed practices that support:
• Releasing physical tension and stored stress• Regulating and strengthening your nervous system• Softening mental overwhelm and reactivity• Restoring balance and connection within
You’ll leave with simple, sustainable tools you can return to long after the series ends, helping you move through life with more ease, awareness, and resilience.
This is a guided, supportive experience designed to meet you exactly where you are. No experience is needed, and it’s great if you’re just starting to explore or simply craving a softer approach.
Each class is 75 minutes long and will incorporate a full spectrum to touch on the major stress points that are held within. You will receive take-home materials and resources to help support your journey outside of class and improve your newfound sustainable habits.
